Nusae is a Bandung based creative graphic design, branding, and environmental design studio with diverse experience and an eye for details. Our designing process began with the consideration of multiple aspects of branding and the environment. Most of our works are driven by relevant inputs from the client’s projected intentions for the people and target market to respond. In each of our work, we always strive to translate our client’s values into simple and readable designs through the use of good typography, composition, and proportion.

It started with 2 founders that came from different backgrounds, graphic designer Andi Rahmat and architect Dicky Sukmana. This difference from educational backgrounds continued throughout the years with our expanding team, allowing us to see what we do in different perspectives.

We aim to create good things, as evidenced through our name. Nusae is taken from the Sundanese phrase which translates to “what is good”. We design for the environment, for people, and to fulfill a function where we are needed.

We always try to engage in dialogues and collaborations within the larger creative environment around us. Whether it’s architects, product designers, interior designers, programmers, urbanists, landscape designers, or engineers, we believe that creating an open multidisciplinary discourse, we can flourish our local creative environment more prominently.
